ORDERING
How to Order
1. To order an item, click the "add to cart" button. The item is now in
your shopping cart. (Click here for more information on the Shopping
Cart feature.)
2. When you finish shopping, click "checkout" at the upper right corner
of your screen. (Click here for more Checkout
Instructions). If you haven't already logged on, you will be
asked to log on or create a CharacterProducts.com account.
3. During checkout you will be asked to enter your shipping and billing
information.
4. After entering the required information, you can review your order
for accuracy. If the information is correct click the "submit order" to
finalize your order. After submitting your order, we will send you an
e-mail to confirm your order. Once your order is shipped, we will send
you a second e-mail confirming the ship date and the shipper tracking
number.
Checkout Instructions
If you have a Character Products account
you can enter your user name and password and your billing information
on file will appear. For the regular checkout process, please follow these
simple steps:
1. When you finish shopping, click "Check Out" at the upper right corner
of your screen.
2. Log-On: If you have a CharacterProducts.com account, you must Log-on
by entering your name and password on the "Return Customer" Section If
you are not yet registered, complete the "New Customer" fields, which
include billing, shipping and email address fields.
3. Verification & Payment: Carefully review all items in your order, including
billing and shipping addresses. If you need to make any changes, just
click on the "back" button on the tope left side of your screen. When
you are satisfied with your order information, complete the payment information
and then click the "submit order" button to finalize the order.
4. After submitting your order, we will send you an email to confirm your
order. Please note that confirmation that the order has been received
does not guarantee product availability. Once the order is shipped, we
will send you a second e-mail with order tracking information.
