CharacterProducts.com is committed to protecting the online privacy of children. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, we will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information about children under the age of 13 without first obtaining parental consent.

Glenoaks Blvd. #818, Glendale, CA 91202. This consent form states that the "Parent" or "Legal Guardian", by his or her signature, consents to the collection and transfer of the child's personally identifiable information provided. The "Parent" or "Legal Guardian" may revoke this consent by completing the Revocation of Parental Consent Form and sending it to the same address.

For orders placed by children under the age of 13 with parental consent, we will only collect and use information (e.g. email address, mailing address, payment method and details) needed to process and fulfill orders and to provide notification of order status.

In the event children under the age of 13 are eligible, with parental consent, to participate in contests, sweepstakes or other activities offered through our site, we will only collect and use information (e.g.email address, mailing address, name) to the extent that it is necessary to administer the activity. We will never require that a child disclose more information than is necessary to participate in an activity as a condition of participation.

Information collected pursuant to this section with parental consent may also be share with trusted service providers as specified in this Privacy Policy and may be used for internal review purposes in aggregate. We will not otherwise disclose information collected from children under the age of 13.
